At von Ende Ballet, high standards come first. I teach with conscience and compassion for every student. It isn't enough for children to have potential. They need to be believed in - and it's a teacher's job to do that.

I am Miss Alice, a Royal Academy of Dance Registered Teacher. I started ballet when I was three. When I was eight, I was accepted onto the Elmhurst Young Dancers program in Birmingham. I use those skills in my teaching today to push beyond the average Royal Academy of Dance standard. Combining the current RAD syllabus, its predecessor and my own exercises, I can tailor each class exactly to the needs of the students.

Basics are the first block on which every dancer is built. Without elementary skills like posture, children cannot progress. I care very deeply about each student. Because of this, I place an emphasis on basics and correct technique - the way every child deserves.
